Mistakes, they’re yours, own them.

If you take a moment to read my words, I’m pretty sure you should know by know the message that I am trying to send, about being real not fake.

“I’m selfish, impatient and a little insecure. I make mistakes, I am out of control and at times hard to handle. But if you can’t handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don’t deserve me at my best.” Marilyn Monroe

What does being real mean?
To me it means not trying to be someone you’re not. Being yourself. You were born to stand out so why bother trying to fit in {although we all do this to be ‘liked’ & feel like we fit in}. Being real is accepting you unique gifts and flaws, and we all have both.

Last night as I was practising my daily gratitude thoughts; every night before I go to sleep I think about 3 things that I am grateful for whilst focusing in deep breathing. This allows me to go to sleep with a grateful heart, sending out thoughts of gratitude to the universe/what you focus on grows.
So as I was thinking about things, in a business sense; for some reason my mind gets creative and activated when it touches the pillow, I was thinking about mistakes.
Mistakes I’ve made with people. Mistakes I’ve made in business. Mistakes I’ve made in love.

Then choosing to cultivate an attitude of gratitude I decided I was blessed to have made these mistakes because they are mine. Part of my own beautiful struggle that is MY life. I’m lucky that I can make them, then I have the power to choose how to proceed/correct or look for the opportunity that lies within it.

“Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.” Mahatma Gandhi

No one ever said you had to be perfect so why are you trying so hard to be? {Note to self}
I have a personal belief, a fear of my being good enough, of not being deserving, or lovable. This belief tells me that I need to be the best, better than my competition, better than I was yesterday. When I am driven by this belief I am acting with my ego, with fear and generally not from a place of love.
Now sure there’s a certain element of striving for success that is needed to be self motivated and create a brand/business on your own.
The difference is learning where that motivation is coming from is it ego? Are you being led by your not good enough belief? (Generally when it’s from this it’s from a place of fear and nothing will work out the way you decide it should because your being fake not real).
Or is your motivation from a better place? From your soul, with love, faith and belief that what is right for you will be. If you work hard enough, love more and give more…opportunities will arise. Youll still make mistakes, and you will learn.
There is nothing more gratifying then achieving success for something you never believed you could do,  then you do it/achieve it & you just know it’s right for you.

Take chances, make mistakes. That’s how you grow. Pain nourishes your courage. You have to fail in order to practice being brave. – Mary Tyler Moore

So mistakes, make them. Don’t be afraid. Fear is your potentials worst enemy. Fear of failure? How can you fail of you never quit? Fear of judgement? Oh let people judge, do they even matter to you? {Small things amuse small minds} Fear is your self-limiting belief that will hold you back more than anyone else or anything else in the world.

“Anyone who has never made a mistake has never tried anything new.” Albert Einstein

You have to believe with the essence of who you are. Believe that what you are doing is for a greater good. Believe that you can make a healthy happy change in the world (I truly do) & when you fall, dust yourself off and try again {alliyah}

“We all make mistakes, have struggles, and even regret things in our past. But you are not your mistakes, you are not your struggles, and you are here NOW with the power to shape your day and your future.” Steve Maraboli

You can chose to dwell in the perceived failure of making a mistake or you can chose to see it as an opportunity to be better, to learn and to develop more (you, your life and business).

Everyday I have highs and I have lows, as I chose to focus my attention on the highs I seem to not be having so many lows. If I can tell you one thing that has changed my life and allowed me to become the person Im happy to be today (yes, I would still like to find true love), its cultivate an attitude of gratitude. Simple.

If you make a mistake, be proud, it only shows you are trying. Stepping outside of your comfort zone to be the person you are meant to be.

Love & light, Charlie x.

What mistakes will I make today? Oh, already did it…locked myself out! {lol} Find the opportunity to smile, everywhere.

Successful; you already are.

All to often we run around creating chaos and ‘busyness’ in our lives; working hard, aiming higher, claiming that when we achieve ‘that’, get ‘that’ or do ‘this’, we will be happy.

But will we?

The answer of course is no. If you cannot learnt to be happy with all that you have now, how will you be happy with more?

Material things; that promotion, that house, $$$, do not guarantee happiness.

Yet we claim these as symbols of success.

‘Everyone chases after happiness, not noticing that happiness is at their heels’ Bertolt Brecht

We use our ‘busyness’ as a sign of success; the busier we are the more important/successful we think we are.

Success, derived from the Latin succedere, means ‘to go on well’. Surely this would imply that success is a journey?

We {myself included} wake up with thoughts of ‘just do it’, ‘you can have it all’, ‘make it happen’, now Im not saying these are not good thoughts, but what is your ‘it’? What is ‘it’ that you are striving for.

Is it material? Or is it to inspire? Is it to love more? Emotional/spiritual goals?

Happiness is not an ‘it’ and the more you chase it the more difficult it will become to achieve.

‘If your definition of success has little or no measure of love in it, get another definition’.

Tell me, if you were to go to sleep every night content and happy…is this success?

We often read bibliographies of great men, who upon their last words wished they had made more time for the things that mattered; their family, their wife…their loved ones. See, they’ve realised, just a little to late,  that love is what it is all about. At the end of the day. Everyday. It all comes down to love.

‘The intelligent man quickly realize the importance of gold’ Hafiz

What is really important to you?

If love is important, how can you have more love in your life today?

If happiness is important, how can you be happier today?

If health is important, how can you be healthier today?

{I just adore this, who will swim in the rain with me?}

Be present now. Whilst yes, I am a dreamer and I have BIG plans, when I find myself daydreaming {this includes interior designing & launch party invite creations} I have to make a conscious effort to return to the moment, to today. Because if I don’t, If I spend my time to far in the clouds, to far in the ‘when I’ thoughts, the things that actually need to be done to make this dream come true, wont be.

Do you do what you love everyday?

Do you smile with someone everyday?

Do you exercise, eat healthy everyday?

These are moments of success.

‘Dont aim for success if you want it; just do what you love and believe in, and it will come naturally.’ David Frost.

{I am so blessed to receive such kind words like the above, truly makes my heart smile, and keeps me going when those not so great things happen, as they do in business, love, life.}

It is a proven fact that happier people are more productive. So saying something like ‘I am happy with my work’ will generate a positive outcome. Saying something like’ I hate work’ wont.

If today you can just be a little better than yesterday, your already on your way to creating your own dream reality.

‘Success consists of going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm. Winston Churchill.

Even the above quote states that success is to keep going. If you ask me about business, happiness or love {not that I know a whole lot, I make mistakes everyday, but I am trying}, my words to you, to anyone would be to find what makes you happy, believe in yourself and never quit.

Just keep going.

Love & light, Charlie x.

Love right now. No matter where you are in your life, or what is happening, you are exactly where you should be & everything will always be ok.

A ‘Can do’ Attitude

Whether think you can or you think you can’t, your right.

Think positive thoughts, and positive things will happen. It sounds so simple, yet for some people it can be everything but.

I have lived a period of my life consumed by hate & negativity. Disgruntled at the situation I was in, feeling ‘victimised’ by the situations that occurred in my life, feeling the ‘poor me’ syndrome. Always  expecting someone to reach out, to help me and just make everything better.

I wasn’t wise enough, willing to look within, or ready to comprehend the power of self love and self assurance.

We can only live this way for so long.

Aren’t you sick and tired of being sick and tired??? Isn’t it time for a change?

The power of the mind has been studied for centuries, and is receiving more and more recognition in recent years. There have been numerous best sellers (the secret), movies and motivational speakers (Anthony Robbins) that have created empires teaching people how to change their mindset and create the life they love. In a book Im currently reading {Authentic Success, Robert Holden}, ‘The universe, looks less and less like a great machine and more and more like a great thought.’ Modern scientists who study the new physics say that the essential ‘stuff’ of the universe is not atoms, but thoughts.’

Remember, we are creatures if habit. The power to change relies on the breaking of ‘bad/unsupportive’ habits. Negative thoughts are simply bad habits, thoughts you have created in response to situations, generally as a method to self protect/soothe.

Contemplate for a moment how amazing would it feel to break a negative, bad, makes you feel everything but good, habit?

We are all intricate individuals living busy lives, pursuing happiness. It is easy to be consumed by fear and negativity.

What if you actually reached that state of happiness…now? Do you think that would make you feel good? If in this very moment, you had a sense of well being, of peace, of serenity?

Yes…you would feel good, more then good (great I expect).

Happiness is everywhere…it is in the rising of the sun every morning to light your world, it is in the  breeze that circulates pollen to fertilise the flowers, the carbon that is removed &  oxygen that is released from trees to assist in our state of living, it is in the sun setting allowing the stars to shine bright in the night sky.

Are these gifts from Mother Nature not happiness? Have you taken a moment to wonder at the worlds natural beauty. To stop for a moment, breathe, relax. Calm your mind. Then deal with whatever situation you are in or that may have occurred.

Believe in yourself and all that you are. Know that there is something inside yourself. Greater than any obstacle.

A personal favourite mantra of mine (and I’m still learning to master this art); Respond, do not react.

We tend to react when we are acting in fear, of wanting to be right, from our ego, from a place of anger (any state that is opposite of calm).

We respond in a calm manner. Anger or negativity has subsided and we can communicate effectively.

Yes, still learning this (have been advised on many occasions, not to send ‘that’ email/text).

So, how can we break the bad habits of negative thoughts/affirmations…

‘Write it on your heart that everyday is going to be the best day of the year’ Ralph Wardo Emerson

Wake each morning with a feeling of gratitude. Be thankful for the day that you have been blessed with. Every day can be a GOOD day.

‘There is nothing good or bad, only thinking makes it so’ Hamlet

When a negative thought occurs in your mind, acknowledge it, and let it pass by. Pay absolutely no attention to it. Negative thoughts are affirmations, just negative. The more you repeat them, the more you focus on them, the larger they will grow and suddenly it will seem you are consumed, creating big problems over potentially nothing.

Understand that the thought will pass. The feeling that you are experiencing will pass. Refocus your mind. Think of something that sends warmth into your heart, a person or place that creates a feeling of wellness within you.

Plant seeds of positivity into your mind. Just like a garden those seeds will grow. Feed them, water them, nourish them. This may include activities hat make you feel good; reading, running, yoga…DO MORE of what makes you feel good.

Have faith that you can change your life for the better. Trust yourself. Believe.

‘The greatest discovery of all time is that a person can change his future by merely changing his attitude’ Oprah Winfrey

You can create the life you love, you just have to believe it.

My ‘Can do’ attitude was given to me by my Opa; dutch for grandfather. Who, at a very young age had us on his knee learning to drive (manual) tractors on the family farm (whether or not he was trying to teach us a lesson or train us to work on the farm/free labour, who knows?). To this day, he will remind me of my repetitive cries ÍCANT do it”. This man, who is everything any man or woman could look up to (moved to New Zealand during the war, away from family & friends and my beautiful Oma; dutch for grandmother, to create a life of opportunity, and our gorgeous family), did not believe in the words Í CANT’, so we just had to do it (I wasn’t very happy about it at the time I expect), but…I drove a manual tractor, into a few hedges but never the less, I DROVE. And to this very day I remember this lesson taught to me at a young age, if those horrendous words ‘I CANT’ enter my mind and I suffer from self doubt I hear his voice, You ‘CAN’.

*Id like to point out here, that it wasn’t about whether you drove into the hedge or the barn (a cousin of mine  has left her permanent mark), it was about trying.

Love & light, Charlie x.

Today I am choosing to be grateful that thorns have beautiful roses, rather then sad that the roses have thorns. There is good and bad in all things, let the good into your life, nourish it, and it will flourish. Believe it.

A love lost.

Lately I’ve been finding myself a little caught up in the past. You know when you seem to keep re thinking things, how they occurred, moments that have passed.

‘Love is the most beautiful thing to have, hardest thing to earn and most painful thing to lose.’ Unkown

Obviously not the best place for any of our thoughts to be.

As I’m here building my empire (you have to speak what you believe for it to come true), I’m finding it more and more difficult to find someone to connect with (#love). As the difficulty increases I spend my time (as we all do) evaluating myself, my tendencies to love, to pull away (my current strike rate is 1 date and your out) I cant help but contemplate if I’ve had my great love. That one person who would do anything for ou, who creates their world to make yours better, that one person who is your number one believer, supporter. The one who was always there when it mattered.

Im referring to my ‘good’ ex. I speak often about my ‘bad’ ex, the one who betrayed my love and trust. But I don’t often speak about the one who I betrayed.

‘You will never know true happiness until you have truly loved, and you will never understand what pain really is until you have lost it.’ Anonymous

During that not so good time of my life, caught up with my bad ex, his multiple other woman, lies and mental abuse, I was lucky enough to meet someone who was so kind, so in love with me (I never knew why), someone who was my best friend. Yet, I never appreciated him, his time or his love. I wasnt a nice person, actually far from it. I didn’t give him the love he deserved (He’s now engaged and I know he will be an amazing husband, father and wish him and his fiance all the love and happiness that I never gave him).

“The bad things in life open your eyes to the good things you weren’t paying attention to before.”
“Good Will Hunting”

I cant help but contemplate if I’m now/still receiving my karma, from all those years of mistreating him, whilst believing my ‘bad’ ex, Mr Wrong was the right love…am I now paying the price? The struggle to find someone to connect with is real (also there is a study that shows there is a shortage of men in Sydney). Its easy to find someone to share your bed with, but your hopes and dreams and inner fears, not so…this is reality. {yes, i want Marvin Gaye, flowers…romance #highexpectations}

It can sometimes take us a long time to realise what we lose. It’s then the hardest part to recover from that loss, but for me its the guilt I am holding onto. As I create change in my life, give love, share love and build my world, I cant help but have self doubt as I know I wasnt always this person, (I think) kind, loving, ‘nice’.

‘Accept what is, let go of what was, and have faith in what will be.” Sonia Ricotti

But that’s the beauty of life…we have the power, the opportunity to create it, everyday, every thought, every word we speak.

So, as I process my guilt, my regret I can only wish my lost love all the very best and work through releasing my thoughts, knowing that he is now happier than I ever could have made him. And after all, isnt that the true sign of love… their happiness?

“Trying to forget someone you love is like trying to remember someone you never met.” Unknown

And hopefully everyday that I do good will help rebuild my own love karma.

It is better to have loved and lost than to have never loved at all.

Love & light, Charlie x.

Show someone you love & appreciate that you do today. A cute text message (those smiles ;), an extra long hug, a beautiful meal. Say ‘I love you’.

{I think 😉 }

{My first} Meditation.

We hear the words’ oh you must try meditation’, ‘meditation, is so good’… etc, often. Especially if we are stressed it’s quite common (well for me and the world I live in) to hear these recommendations, about the greatness of meditation.

‘The purpose of meditation is personal transformation.’ Henepola Gunaratana

Surprising as it may or may not be, I’m the type or personality that simply thinking of sitting still for 20 whole minutes simply petrifies me,

Although of course Ive done the research, heard the ‘meditation changed my life’ stories, I simply resisted it. Perhaps a sign I needed it. However I do know I’m not the only person to feel this angst when it comes to practicing meditation. Is it because it’s hyped up to be something you do for enlightenment, the monks practice mediation several times a day? Is it because you are meant to not think??? (this is my issue). Is it because it seems to crazy, hippy, for lack of a better word.

‘Meditation makes the entire nervous system go into a field of coherence.’ Deepak Chopra

For myself, mediation looks sacred. It looks like there is an art, I mean who can sit for 20 minutes without thinking thoughts of what they are about to eat, what they have to do that day, what did he really mean in the text…It looks hard.

Mediation with all its glory and benefits is simply focusing on the breath. Learning to focus your intention and thoughts on one thing, this is called focused mediation (there is also mindful meditation, simply sitting and being aware of your environment with no reaction). It really is simple (not always easy, as its natural your monkey mind will try to distract you, but the practice itself is simple).

‘Meditation is all about the pursuit of nothingness. Its like the ultimate rest. Its better than the best sleep youve ever had. Its a quieting of the mind. It sharpens everything, especially your appreciation of your surroundings. It keeps life fresh.’ Hugh Jackman

Today, I practised my very own {guided, from an app called Omvana} 20 minute practice…for the first time ever!!! And it was amazing!!! I was sitting, smiling, peaceful and content. What I also loved about this particular guided mediation was the 6 phases it went through, including gratefulness, visualisation and release (these are all the things I do promote daily).

I must admit I had set myself an intention to practice every morning (as I’m taking time off from my morning cardio to get more sleep and balance my hormones/sugar cravings), which I have failed at. I practised once on Tuesday with a 5 minute guided meditation and now today with 20 minutes. Still twice is better than nothing.

‘Meditation is the life of the soul: Action, the soul of mediation; and honor the reward of action.’ Francis Quarles

Next week, Im going to start with 5 minutes every day (making a commitment after todays experience), hoping that this will lead me into 10 minutes, 15, then 20 per day (some people do recommend 20 minutes 2 x per day, but remember it is your life, its about what works for you). As you may know by know, I am a big believer of what we think, we become and our thoughts create our world…so why not start planting seeds of positivity, of love, of happiness in your mind with a morning meditation everyday? (I used to use my morning movement/cardio time for this).

So whilst we can make excuses such as I don’t have time (genuinely a sign you need to get to practice), I don’t know how (find a class or download an app or simply sit still and focus on your breathing), meditation is the greatest secret of all. Being able to actively create light within your body/mind/heart, to release negative thoughts and replace them with love, to be able to commit to a practice that is a beautiful act of self-love but also love for humanity… why aren’t you meditating?

‘If you truly get in touch with a piece of carrot, you get in touch with the soil, the rain, the sunshine. You get in touch with Mother Earth and eating in such a way, you feel in touch with true life, your roots, and that is meditation. If we chew every morsel of our food in that way we become grateful and when you are grateful, you are happy.’ Thich Nhat Hanh

Connected; under the starlight…

Last night I did something I havent done for a while, something that makes me truly appreciate the world we live in.

‘Look deep into nature and then you will understand everything better’. Albert Einstein

I took some time to lie and star gaze. What a beautiful sensation. Allowing the cool breeze to caress my skin, my thoughts to come and go, and just to be quiet and lie, still.

{Look how they shine for you}

When was the last time you connected with nature?

Nature heals. This is true. You only need to sit quietly with her to realise this.

I know that a cure for insomnia nad anxiety is to walk barefoot on the grass. Why? Because you feel connected, or the new term for this practise is ‘earthing’. We all want to feel connected to something, to the people around us, the world we live in and ourselves. But sometimes life gets in the way.

“The earth has music for those who listen.”  George Santayana

As I lay gazing up at the night sky, open to whatever thoughts I had…I looked at the stars in wonder.

Some shine bright…so bright that you almost think they are the only stars there. Then as you train your eye, as you look deeper, you can see the other stars shining, perhaps not so bright, but they are there. Then if you know constellations, you can start to connect them all.

‘Think of all the beauty still left around you and be happy.’ Anne Frank

In a philosophical manner, I saw this as seeing some of my own qualities/shining brightly as my strengths, other qualities/the ones I have to search for my not so strong points, but they were there, and they all connected to make me the person I am today. I truly felt the essence of the statement ‘everything you need is within you’. The stars/qualities I had to look for are an essence of the qualities I am searching for within myself to find strength and trust.

I also contemplated the stars like life, like people. Some people shine brighter than others, so much so, they are all you see at first glance. But, as you adjust your eyesight/personality and own life, you start to realise there are so many other people/oppourtunites, that are there, sometimes not shining so bright or getting attention, but they are there. And we are all connected.

I felt myself connected. I felt appreciated. I sent love to my family who I miss every day of my life. I let go of all my worries. I just lay in the darkness, underneath the starlight, breathing.

It was only more perfect when I realised that yesterday was earth day.

‘I am only one, but still I am one. I cannot do everything, but still I can do something; and because I cannot do everything, I will not refuse to do something that I can do.’ Helen Keller

For no matter how ‘busy’ you get…it is imperative that you make time for the things that matter most.

‘Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished’ Lao Tzu

Love & light, Charlie x.

Yes, I am a dreamer, I live in my own reality and I like to think about things deeply. I think its important to take time to be still.

You can…be Happy

Have you ever met those people that are so happy it can sometimes make you feel ill at ease? You wonder where this endless energy comes from, the positive outlook, you contemplate the way that you want to be around them more because it makes you feel better too? {that answer is simple, they radiate love}

‘I have found that if you love life, life will love you back.’ Arthur Rubinstein

From what I have been told, the messages I am now getting (& I feel it) I am now one of these people. I actually LOVE life. I am now one where every problem is an opportunity, I possess a ‘can do’, ‘will do’ attitude, and sport the ‘I wont quit’ determination.

This is me now, grateful for every day. Every possible opportunity. Every moment. Not a day goes by I dont feel blessed, feel my heart fill with love and gratitude for everything I have created.

This wasnt always so, I used to live in the darkness and saw no reason for life itself. I gave the purpose of my life, my heart and my soul to another person, needless to say when that didnt work out I wasnt left with very much. I didnt want to live. It has taken time, and hard work, but I have found my very own happiness.

Through cultivating a sense of self, appreciating who I am, exactly as I am, not worrying about what happens tomorrow or when I reach the goals I set for myself, but now. Here, in this moment. I have cultivated an attitude of gratitude. For everything and everyone in my life, now, the past and yet to come. I have made peace with my past, the person who I used to be that wasnt necessarily good, and acted in ways that are the opposite. My past does not define me. Through taking the time to find myself, I have found my passion, my pure purpose in life.

I have become my own best friend. Without speaking from ego, I love the person I am, that includes the extra 5kg, the facial lines of wisdom, signs of my life, the cellulite, the grey hair…these things are all me. I have learnt to understand my emotions, to actively change my thoughts, and to live every day blessed. To trust myself and the decisions I make, and know that its ok to make mistakes.

You can create your very own happiness.

Love & light, Charlie x.

There is light & greatness within us all, are you prepared to be more of the gorgeous creation you already are?

Judgement, the worst trait.

After spending a weekend surrounded by fitness models, glamour girls and basically the image based society, I noticed a few things.

‘I love when things are transparent, free and clear of all inhibition and judgement.’ Pharrell Williams

Firstly let me open my heart and tell you I was nervous. Even with all of my self love work, my transformation to happiness & the best relationship I’ve ever had {with myself}, I was nervous, scared and anxious about being judged. Last year I was just days off a photo shoot, lean, fit but also depleted (read, not very happy), this year, I work for myself, am a health coach and possibly eat too many balls daily {clean treats} giving me an extra 5kg to love.
It took some serious self love work, positive affirmations and healthy habits {1 Litre of fresh happy juice daily} to keep me in the mindset that I’m lucky enough to experience daily in my Life, the attitude of gratitude, living and loving every moment.
As I spoke to different people throughout the 3 days {it was a fitness expo} I realised that everyone had felt the same thing, I was genuinely surprised at how openly (a side effect of being a health coach) people told me of their own insecurities and fear of judgement. Their own anxiety.

What are we breeding? These women were all beautiful in their own way, unique, nice, kind, yet they all expressed a sense of insecurity and lack of Self Worth, a sense of inferiority.
Who was the prettiest, who had the best body, the best hair, the whitest teeth. These things DO NOT matter!
As I have been working as a health coach I have cultivated a sense of looking at who the person really is, I have to learnt to listen to the manner in the way that people speak, the way that they act, underneath the tan, the eyelashes, the beauty enhancements. It was through this practice I was able to see the real beauty that surrounded me a{I only wish these girls could see it themselves}

‘When you judge another, you do not define them, you define yourself.’ Wayne Dyer

All to often we are afraid of being judged. Afraid of being called fat, labelled a ‘model’, dumb etc. Why?
Because we ourselves are so quick to judge others. We do it as a protective mechanism. Fearful of the words or thoughts others will think about us we judge them generally negatively therefore giving them less power.
After all we all want to impress the people we think highly of.

I myself had to step back after meeting some people I had in particular  pre conceived judgement from past times about. Wow, when I was open to who these people were, that their lives were different from mine, that they to were trying to live life the best way they knew how to, I could appreciate them for their
core values. And I am so thankful I did. Creating new connections, new opportunities and sharing smiles, hugs and love.

‘We should not judge people by their peak of excellence; but by the distance they have traveled from the point where they started.’ Henry Ward Beecher

Some people are still living their lives in judgement, let them . It doesn’t matter to you.
I got a look of utter contempt from a person that I see only anger and hatred in, a lack of her own self worth, it made me upset. Until I realised that this person was coming from a place of judgement, perhaps envy, perhaps pure dislike. I can only wish her happiness and light.

We all want to be genuinely loved and thought well of. I let it go.

What she thinks of me is not relevant to my life. Does it matter to you if someone doesnt like you? It only matters if you let it, and believe me the more time you spend worrying about the ones that are judging you, the less time you have to live openly and be free to make new friendships and connections.

‘It’s a complete lie, why do people buy these papers? It’s not the truth I’m here to say. You know, don’t judge a person, do not pass judgement, unless you have talked to them one on one. I don’t care what the story is, do not judge them because it is a lie.’ Michael Jackson

Everyone is living their own life the best way they know how. You do not know their story, their trials their tribulations.
Just let them be.
Remember that.

Take people for who they are today.
